I am skilled at communicating and prioritizing business and UX goals to cross functional teams of technical experts, marketing strategists and learning designers.

I have developed and executed strategic roadmaps for scalable lifelong learning and employability solutions, while overseeing development of build-from-scratch software, 3rd party integrations, content development, product research & testing, and data analysis.

I work to share insights and analysis to help shape people and organization goals by developing and executing on strategies for new solution portfolios from ideation to market launch.

I have been awarded Product/Portfolio Team of the Year for Innovation and Sales four times and shares a Patent around a Comprehensive Learner Profile (2019.)
